ミールキット＃１

毎日家でご飯を食べていると、だんだん何を食べていいか分からなくなってきたので、オイシックスのミールキットを買ってみました。こちらは鶏つくねの3種きのこソース、2人前で1,274円也。ちょっと贅沢だけど、たまにならいいかな。

鶏つくねとベビーリーフ、きのこソース、カット済みの人参と鰹節が入っていました。つくねは焼くだけ、にんじんは醤油と砂糖で和えるだけです。とっても楽ちんでおいしかった。写真と同じように、おしゃれな感じにできました。

人参はこれから自分でもやってみようと思います。

I'm totally out of idea what to eat everyday becase I cook at home everyday in this COVIT-19 situation.  I wanted try something new, so I orderd "meal kit" online. This is chicken meat ball with mashroom sauce and tossed carrot & bonito flakes with sweet soy sauce. It contains all ingredients which have already done some prep work, so all you have to do is just grill the chicken balls and mix carrot and other ingredients. It was super easy to cook and tasted good. It costs 1,274 yen for two servings. I think it is little bit expensive for me, but occasionally it's ok. Maybe I can buy the same materials at super market myself, and cook this again.
